Expanse Hub 360 was created by Angela Nolan, a hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, trauma release practitioner, and nervous system-informed facilitator.
Angela’s work integrates modern therapeutic techniques with body-based regulation practices, creating a holistic approach that supports both mind and nervous system.
Drawing from years of experience working with clients one-to-one, in groups, and through trauma-informed practices, each journey is designed to bring together the most effective tools for lasting inner change and emotional resilience.

To create an accessible space where people can learn to regulate their nervous system, understand their inner world, and develop greater confidence, calm, and self-trust.
