Digital Course Purchases

All courses are delivered as digital content with immediate access upon purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by purchasing and accessing our digital courses, you expressly agree that:

• Access to digital content begins immediately, and

• You waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel once access has been granted.

Because course materials are instantly accessible and downloadable, refunds are not available once access has been provided.

Exceptions

We will consider refunds only in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment

• Technical failure that prevents access and cannot be resolved

• Exceptional circumstances at our discretion
