Why Do I Feel Not Good Enough?
- Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
Course Purpose
Overcoming Imposter Syndrome is a trauma-informed, nervous-system-led course designed to help individuals move beyond chronic self-doubt, fear of being seen, and feelings of inadequacy — without pushing, forcing confidence, or bypassing the body.
Rather than treating imposter syndrome as a mindset problem, this course understands it as a protective nervous-system response often rooted in past experiences, beliefs, and early conditioning. The work focuses on regulation first, action second, creating confidence that is embodied, sustainable, and integrated into daily life.
Who the Course is for
Professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders
Individuals starting new ventures or stepping into visibility
Clients experiencing self-doubt, freeze, procrastination, or fear of failure
Anyone wanting to build confidence without burnout
No prior therapy or self-development experience is required.
Module Overview
The course is structured into eight sequential modules, each following a gentle and consistent rhythm: regulation first, followed by education and understanding, experiential practice, and time for reflection and integration. This approach supports learning without overwhelm, allowing participants to move through the material at their own pace while feeling grounded and supported throughout.

Bonus Content
All course participants receive access to our Vagus Nerve Toolkit, containing 8 regulation tools with explanations and demonstrations. This toolkit supports deeper nervous-system regulation across all Expanse Hub 360 courses and is not duplicated within individual modules.
Expanse Hub 360 supports organisations to build confident, regulated teams — not by pushing performance, but by supporting the nervous system that underpins it.
This programme is scalable, accessible, and suitable for hybrid or remote teams. It can be used as a standalone wellbeing intervention or integrated into existing leadership development and mental health strategies.
